To specify who can see this information, use the following settings: Under Exchange and Outlook integration, select the Update my presence based on my calendar information check box. Stop Skype for Business from automatically starting If this option isn’t selected, the Skype for Business icon appears in the Windows notification area (system tray) when Skype for Business starts.
